DELIVERY INFORMATION

STANDARD HOME DELIVERY

FREE Standard Home Delivery is available on most purchases. This excludes the postcodes listed above

The cut off point for delivery estimates is before 2pm. Add an extra day to the estimates if ordering after this time

Standard Delivery for smaller items (up to 25kg) takes 3 – 5 working days.

Standard Delivery for Large Appliances takes 3 – 7 working days.

Our Standard delivery is an ALL DAY delivery service normally between the hours of 7am - 7pm. The time of day cannot be booked.

Express delivery is subject to confirmation. If you want to add any of our installation or removal options, for instance, then Express delivery is not normally available.

CLICK AND COLLECT

You can now arrange to order your item online to collect from our Winsford Warehouse. This option is only available in certain locations and will be calculated at checkout. Simply select "Pick Up" during checkout.

Your Pick Up Collection Order: Should you decide to order by "Pick Up" our sales team will confirm your order by email and issue a reference. Please do not set off until you have received this reference.

Our Pick Up Collection Only ordering service operates Monday to Friday (08:00 to 16:00) only.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need the following ID to present before the order is released.

The Credit/Debit Card you used to pay

Utility bill or drivers licence with credit/debit billing address on it.

Print out of your invoice or order confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for collection. Large appliances MUST be transported in the upright position.


DELIVERY OF SMALL ITEMS

Smaller Items such as Hobs, Cooker Hoods and Microwaves amongst others. These items must be under 25kg - Everything else is classed as Large
Standard Delivery (FREE) This will occur from Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 3-5 working days.
Express Delivery (+£10.00) This will occur from Monday – Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 24-48 Hours.

Delivery of Your Parcel
Your order will be delivered by one of our authorised Parcel Couriers. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. All items delivered will require you or someone responsible to sign for the delivery.
If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. Please either re-arrange your delivery with the courier or arrange a collection from their local depot as detailed on the card. If this is not done ASAP the item will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.

Signing for your Goods
Please inspect goods and packaging on delivery Any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery note and notified to our customer services team (by email) ASAP after delivery. Missing or incorrect items or any other issues with your order must be noted on the delivery note before signing and you must notify us (by email) ASAP after delivery. Claims for damage after a reasonable time frame cannot be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Please open all packaging carefully - we recommend that you keep the original packaging for a period of time in case the item needs returning.

DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS

Large Appliances, accessories and heavy and/or valuable items are delivered to your home by one of our Specialist Delivery Companies. This is a one man delivery service only. Please bear this in mind prior to ordering.

Standard Delivery (FREE): Monday – Friday between 7am to 8pm. Delivery will take between 3-7 working days (This may take longer depending on your location and if you choose our installation option).

Express Delivery (+£30.00): Monday – Friday between 7am to 8pm. Delivery will take between 1-3 working days.

Delivery Booking Process:

On the day of order (or next working day if after 16:00 or during a weekend day or public holiday), you will be contacted by one of our delivery team. Please leave a number you can easily be contacted on with your order. Failure to supply this number may lead to delays. Our delivery team will then contact you to book a suitable delivery slot depending on the service you have selected.

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery is to the front of the property only and performed by one man.

Our couriers are very helpful and may on occasion help take to your room of choice, but only if there is suitable easy access (a lift if not on the ground floor) and assistance available. They will make this decision at the premises after a brief survey of the environment. This is not guaranteed. Please call ASAP if this affects your order.

OTHER INFORMATION

Flats: We are only able to deliver to flats NOT located on the ground floor if there is a suitable lift available.

Damages: It is important to unpack and check your goods before you sign and accept them. If you discover any damage, you can either reject the delivery OR you must make a note of such on the courier's consignment note before you sign for and accept the goods.

Please notify us in writing immediately or ASAP after delivery. We are unable to accept any liability for damage or loss after a reasonable time frame.

Incorrect Delivery: If we supply you with a product other than the one ordered, it is important to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied ASAP after delivery. We will be happy to collect and exchange for the correct model provided the returned item is complete and as new with all accessories and packaging.

Goods Lost in Transit: Once we have given you a dispatch and expected delivery date, it is important to notify us of undelivered goods within 2 days from the expected delivery date.

Our Delivery Companies will hold orders for no more than 5 working days - after which if they are unable to deliver to you (due to no fault of ours or our delivery company), they will return the goods back to us and any associated delivery / return / re-delivery costs charged to you

Damage to your Property: Whilst the delivery is to doorstep only, the couriers are normally helpful and can assist to room of choice. However, this will be at your own risk and claims for damage cannot be accepted should you ask them to assist by moving an item into your property in such a way. If this is not acceptable, please do not ask them to bring the item in.

Additional Storage: We only hold orders at our Winsford Warehouse for a maximum of 4 weeks without charge. There is a weekly charge of £20 per week after this.
