Who are we?
Specialists in domestic appliances, based in Winsford, Cheshire. With over 20 years experience of product knowledge, delivery and installation we can supply all manner of appliances at discounted prices and deliver to your door or you can pickup from the store.
What are your opening hours?
Our store is open 7 days a week. The hours of business are Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00, Sat 09.00-17.00, Sun 11.00-16.00. Our "Live Chat" usually has a presence to answer your queries until late in the evening.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery team deliver 6 days a week between the hours of 08.00-18.00. The administration/transport team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. This will be either by phone or through e-mail.
Do you deliver to Flats?
If you live on a none ground floor flat, then we cannot deliver unless there is a suitable lift available.
Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver to the vast majority of mainland UK. There are some exclusions and these are Ireland, NI, Highlands and Islands. Some areas of Cornwall and Pembrokeshire are also excluded.
Apologies if you are affected by this but we simply have no viable delivery service covering these locations. A full list of exclusions can be found here.
Do you install at my location?
Here is a list of postcodes that we are unable to install in:
AB, KA27-28, PA30-PA80, PH10-PH50, PO30-41, HS, IV, KW, ZE, BT, GY, JE, IM, TR
Here is a list of postcodes that we only partially cover:
DD, DG, KA, LD, LL, LN, PA, PE, PL, SA, SY , TQ

Can we extend the warranty?
All products come with a standard manufacturers warranty, generally a minimum of 12 months, unless stated otherwise in the product description. We can provide an extended warranty of an additional 2 years. The cost of this depends on the product type. See here for more details.
What does Graded mean?
A graded item is one that has never been used but may have either cosmetic damage, is manufacturers end of line or the packaging may be damaged or dirty. Each of these will be clearly stated in the product description. See here for further details.
How do I return an item?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel the order. The timescales for this is for you to notify us within 14 days of receipt. Once notified there is a further 14 days for you to return the item to us.
If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Please contact us for a Returns number prior to returning. Without this we cannot track a return.
If you require us to collect the item then we will charge carriage at our standard rate. Our current rates are £30 for standard and £50 for large appliances.
