Our online appliance listings may be rated as graded for a number of reasons, such as:

• The original packaging is either missing or damaged.
• The product may have been featured on display on a shop floor (ex-display).
• The product may have minor cosmetic marks or blemishes, usually on the sides or back, but these won't always be visible after installation.

All our appliances are fully tested by our team on arrival to our store and again before dispatch meaning that you can be confident that your appliance will be fully functioning whilst being available at a substantially less price than an equivalent brand new item.

Will a Graded Washing Machine look OK?

We appreciate that you want your house to look its best, so how your appliances look actually matters. A graded washing machine might be the best option if you care more about how well it performs than the occasional scratch or dent. This is especially true when you take into account the significant cost savings when compared to the recommended retail price.

We assign an individual grade (From A - B) to every machine and fairly and accurately describe any aesthetic flaws supported by images. This means you are aware of exactly what you are purchasing and can consider any issues against the amount of money you are saving. Once the unit is installed in your home, many minor blemishes may not be visible.

Will a Graded Washing Machine work OK?

The functionality and performance is the most important part of any appliance. We run a strict quality control process on all of our graded washing machines. This helps us discover any issues, which we fix to make the machine work like new again if required. We make sure that every unit will function to the level expected by the manufacturer before we put it up for sale either online or in our showroom.

What does each grade mean?

A product may have slight cosmetic marks on the side panel but NOT front panel this is designated Grade A. If it is designated Grade B, cosmetic marks will be on the front AND side panels.

If a product has any marks it will be clearly shown with photos on the product page. These marks will have no effect on the function of the product and are purely cosmetic. You will not see the marks on products that are integrated once they have been installed.
